Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including triage, assessment, and treatment
- Collaborate with Charge RNs and physicians to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current state of Missouri RN licensure required
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- BLS and ALS certification required and maintained
- EPNC (or PALS) required and TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) required within one year of hire
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
