Reliability
  • Adhere to your scheduled shifts and complete assigned tasks thoroughly.

Qualifications:

Product Knowledge
  • Basic understanding of retail products and merchandise.
Experience
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Communication Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
Mathematical Skills
  • Proficiency in basic math operations.
Reasoning Ability
  • Ability to multitask while being attentive to customer needs and adapting to business demands.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate initiative.
Physical Requirements:

This role involves continuous movement, communication, and standing for extended periods. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs may be required. Work is primarily conducted indoors, with some outdoor assignments possible.
