Qualifications We Seek...

  • Active legal license required (New Jersey license is advantageous)
  • Preferred candidates will possess 1-3 years of litigation experience, with prior exposure to medical malpractice defense and/or insurance defense cases being beneficial.
  • Experience in conducting depositions, along with the ability to strategize, plan, and prepare effectively.
  • Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Exceptional writing skills and the capacity to distill complex legal and medical information; experience in journal writing is a plus.
  • Proficient general and legal research skills across various platforms.
  • A strong desire to contribute to a high-performing litigation team and the motivation to invest the necessary effort to succeed.
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence, coupled with meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
