Position Overview

FNF Construction, Inc. is a reputable general contractor specializing in heavy civil construction projects across the Southwestern United States. We are currently in search of a skilled Hot Plant Oiler/Grounds Person.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in preparing plant machinery for operational readiness. This includes:

  • Adjusting conveyor belts
  • Greasing machinery
  • Refilling gear box fluids

The Oiler will also be responsible for operating a forklift to manage deliveries and staging. Basic mechanical maintenance skills are essential for this role.

Working Conditions

This position requires working at heights exceeding ten feet using ladders, scaffolds, and ManLifts. Candidates must hold a valid MSHA Certification. Please note that this role is safety-sensitive and involves travel.
