This role requires a strong foundation in radiologic technology, with the ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and coordinate communication between modalities. Responsibilities- Assist with the daily operational and business needs of the lab, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Perform direct patient care within the scope of licensure, including pre-screening patients and families to augment the procedural process.
- Recognize abnormal and/or critical screening values, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Registered Radiology Technology.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT).
- BCLS required.
- Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms is required.
- Previous Cardiac Cath and/or Special Procedures training is preferred.
- Cardiovascular specialist, RT (CV), registration is required within 2 years for full-time employment.
