As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA Home Health Care, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and circumstances. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for optimal care
  • Document all care activities, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Prior home care experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid computer skills, with experience using electronic medical records (EMRs) a plus
