Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and experience working in home health care. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing excellent patient care and communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes
- Assess clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Document client information and care provided in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in PA
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical-surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
