Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises to maintain their physical health and independence.
  • Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and perform other tasks as needed to support clients' daily needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care, including progress notes and medication administration.
