Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise departmental operations to ensure efficient and effective maintenance services.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with other related departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervise maintenance assistants and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate personnel actions with the Administrator.
  • Participate in departmental and corporate meetings as scheduled.
  • Collaborate with the facility management team to achieve common goals.
  • Serve as Weekend Manager as scheduled.
  • Respond to emergency situations as necessary.

Requirements

  • Training and experience in environmental control, physical plant maintenance, and operation and repair of required maintenance equipment, including refrigeration, air conditioning, generators, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
