Lakewood National is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tiki Bar Dishwasher to join our team. As a Tiki Bar Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware to the highest standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage, walk-in cooler, freezers, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Empty kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage and recycling.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, floors, tables, equipment, and exhaust systems.
  • Store all dishes and other wares in their designated areas.
  • Incorporate safe work practices into your job performance.
  • Clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after closing.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • No prior experience is required, but we will provide training.
Other Qualifications:
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
  • You must be willing to work holidays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and nights.
