Senior Launch Control System Developer

Amentum is seeking a skilled Senior Launch Control System Developer to join our team at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of software systems for launch control systems. Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with strong skills in software development, including C, C++, and Linux operating system. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems that support the launch control center at NASA's Kennedy Space Center. Your ability to analyze complex problems, communicate effectively with team members, and adapt to changing requirements will be invaluable to our team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in software development. You should be proficient in programming languages such as C and C++, and have experience with Linux operating systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to travel occasionally to support position requirements.
