The Site Construction Manager (Interiors) is pivotal to the success of our projects. You will manage a variety of assignments, including adaptive reuse projects, tenant improvements, bars, banks, salons, and more. Building trusting relationships with team members, subcontractors, architects, owners, and inspectors is key to your role.

Skills & Experience Required
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial or residential construction as a site superintendent.
  • Proficiency in software such as Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, and Procore is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret site plans.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Knowledge of safety standards to ensure project safety.
  • Experience in site management and project leadership.
  • Understanding of master and look-ahead schedules.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual salary range of $70,000-$90,000, plus a performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive employee health coverage, fully funded by the company.
  • 401K plan with a company match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%.
