The Site Construction Manager (Interiors) is pivotal to the success of our projects. You will manage a variety of assignments, including adaptive reuse projects, tenant improvements, bars, banks, salons, and more. Skills & Experience Required
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial or residential construction as a site superintendent.
  • Proficiency in software such as Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, and Procore is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret site plans.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Knowledge of safety standards to ensure project safety.
  • Experience in site management and project leadership.
  • Understanding of master and look-ahead schedules.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual salary range of $70,000-$90,000, plus a performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive employee health coverage, fully funded by the company.
  • 401K plan with a company match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%.
