  • Material Management: Prepare, gather, and distribute all necessary materials to operators for the winding of coils.
  • Productivity Optimization: Engage in various tasks aimed at enhancing product flow and maximizing the efficiency of coil winders.
  • Quality Assurance: Verify that the materials issued are the correct size and part number, checking for any damage and ensuring the proper quantity is available.
  • Inventory Control: Return any unused materials to their designated locations, ensuring they are correctly labeled to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Finished Product Handling: Move completed coils to the appropriate oven area for processing.
  • Machine Operation: Operate multiple machines for sizing, cutting, and drilling materials used in the winding process.
  • Kit Assembly: Assemble kits for coil orders and replenish stock bins with coil materials.
  • Coil Processing: Utilize hydraulic jacks or presses to squeeze coils and manage the loading and unloading of coils onto conveyors and pallets for baking in industrial ovens.
  • Core Machine Setup: Set up, load, and operate a core machine, which involves the repetitive motion of stacking various sizes of sheet metal into a core.
  • Material Inspection: Check materials for damage and proper sizing using tools such as micrometers and tape measures.

This position is essential for maintaining the workflow and productivity of our operations at ApTask, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
