About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Ensign Therapy as a PRN (as-needed) therapist. As a PRN SLP, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work at our facility, Mesa Springs, in Abilene, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing personalized plans of care that meet regulatory and clinical standards.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, adhering to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed, making referrals when necessary.
  • Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding speech disorders.
  • Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.
  • Document all required information in our electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels, including new graduates.
