About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team at DaVita. As a vital member of our patient care team, you will play a critical role in providing personalized nutrition guidance and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze lab results and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical goal-setting

Requirements
  • State licensure required (if available in the state where the facility is located)
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar field
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and travel when needed
  • Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80%
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
