Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian Specialist to join our team at Ask IT Consulting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing therapeutic diets and menus for our clients, as well as administering medical nutrition therapy to prevent and treat diseases and health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and analyze data from medical records to make recommendations for maintaining or improving nutritional status
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans and provide nutritional counseling to clients
  • Calculate weight range, body mass index (BMI), and nutritional needs to establish nutrition care plans
  • Check the caloric and nutrient content of foods on individual menus and/or facility menus to determine adjustments needed to meet clients' therapeutic needs
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in dietetics, nutrition, home economics (food), or closely related field
  • Experience equivalent to three years of professional dietetics work, including at least one year of experience as a registered dietitian
  • Licensed as a Registered Dietitian
