Position Overview: This role is entirely onsite from Monday to Friday. As a vital team member, you will contribute to the seamless execution of processes that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine data entry and verification tasks.
  • Initiate orders from third-party vendors (including title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit checks, etc.).
  • Examine and confirm the accuracy of loan documentation.
  • Manage standard inquiries through calls, emails, and chat communications.
  • Oversee work queues and take action as necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in mortgage closing.
  • General knowledge of relevant Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Compensation: $22/hr
