Job Title: Restoration Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Crew Chief to join our team at ServiceMaster Restoration by DSI 3419. As a key member of our disaster restoration team, you will be responsible for leading our crew in providing top-notch service to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Restoration Crew Chief will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restoration crew, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality. This includes directing and supervising the crew, coordinating with clients and project managers, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of restoration technicians and laborers
  • Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure project goals are met
  • Conduct site assessments and develop restoration plans
  • Oversee the execution of restoration projects, ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Develop and implement training programs for crew members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in disaster restoration
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) and IICRC certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
