About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Staff to join our PCM Intake and Consumer Support team at Tempus Unlimited Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consumer Support
    • Provide timely and effective support to consumers, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
    • Log all incoming calls and maintain accurate records in our consumer database.
    • Produce weekly reports on return calls and update consumer information as needed.
  • Referral and Intake
    • Screen referrals to ensure applicants meet minimum requirements for services.
    • Process new referrals, including Senior Care Options and 1Care, and notify relevant staff.
    • Request medical documentation and update consumer information in the database.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience in a similar role or in a field related to disability services is preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in computer database skills and office procedures.
