Job Title: Director of Tax

Job Summary: eProductivity Software is seeking a highly skilled Director of Tax to support the company's global tax compliance and reporting requirements. The successful candidate will champion change and implement processes and methodologies that support global tax compliance for our growing international software company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support statutory tax requirements for 15 active legal entities across EMEA, APAC, USA, and LATAM.
  • Oversee and manage the US Sales Tax function, EMEA VAT Tax, and other ancillary tax remittance processes with ePS tax staff and third-party firms.
  • Review the assignment of tax codes for newly introduced products and facilitate implementation.
  • Ensure all transfer pricing activity is captured timely each month in accordance with the corresponding transfer pricing agreement.
  • Prepare new sets of standard operating procedures for daily, quarterly, and annual tax activities.
  • Contribute to overall data governance strategy and assist with data management strategy roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting (Masters in Taxation or CPA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in progressive taxation-related roles with both domestic and international tax structures.
  • 2 or more years of direct supervisory experience leading and developing a tax and/or accounting team.
  • Extensive experience in building out tax configurations and processes for newly created legal entities.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative self-starter with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with multiple team members in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
