Creative Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented individual with a deep-rooted enthusiasm for design and a robust background in the beauty sector. This position will involve collaboration with fellow designers and the marketing department, reporting directly to the Senior Designer.

Position Overview

Your primary responsibilities will include crafting visually striking graphics, images, and layouts for a variety of initiatives, such as marketing collateral, printed materials, digital assets, website components, social media visuals, and packaging designs.

You will also be tasked with designing materials for trade shows, including booth layouts, displays, and promotional merchandise.

Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will interpret project specifications and transform them into engaging designs that adhere to brand standards and objectives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and refining packaging designs for private label products.

It is crucial to develop and uphold a cohesive visual identity across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and recognition.

Staying informed about the latest design trends, tools, and techniques will be vital, as you will be expected to integrate innovative concepts into your design work.

You will manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
  • Expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • A strong foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, and layout strategies, complemented by a meticulous eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to effectively present and explain design ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on design quality and aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • A creative mindset with a commitment to innovation and ongoing improvement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
  • Comfortable navigating both corporate and creative environments.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of web design principles along with experience in HTML, CSS, and responsive design is advantageous.

Experience in motion graphics and 3D rendering will be considered a plus.
