Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Roadway Worker In Charge to support our railroad flagging services team.
Responsibilities- Provide jobsite coordination and clear communication with Dispatchers, Train Crews, other Railroad Personnel, and/or Contractor personnel
- Enforce Railroad, State, and Federal Policies and identify rule violations, resolving them accordingly
- Submit daily field reports detailing Contractor and/or Railroad activities
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Maintenance Of Way Department or similar field
- Proficient computer skills in basic email, phone, and text message applications, Android OS, Citrix Applications, and strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge in Railroad Engineering, Railroad Design, Railroad Construction, and Safety
- Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
