Sales and Brokerage Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned sales and brokerage executive to lead our regional sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a system of supervision and training for brokers
  • Train agents and enrollment companies in Transamerica technologies
  • Assist brokers/producers with product, program, and customer service questions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
  • Five years of sales and sales management experience
  • Two years of broker/agency experience
  • Voluntary and/or Group Ancillary/Health sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Extensive broker/agency experience
  • Life and health insurance license
