1. Leadership and Team Development:
• Direct and guide a skilled team of systems engineers and operational personnel.
• Manage daily operations, including task delegation, backlog management, and prioritization of initiatives.

2. Infrastructure Oversight:
• Architect, deploy, and sustain environments for Exchange, Active Directory, Web Services, and SharePoint.
• Guarantee the availability, security, and efficiency of these essential systems.
• Establish and oversee monitoring and alert systems for proactive management of potential issues.

3. Operational Excellence:
• Deliver support for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Coordinate desktop patching and imaging processes to ensure effective deployment and upkeep.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges related to VDI and system integrations.

4. Project Leadership:
• Spearhead infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within established parameters.

5. Documentation and Regulatory Compliance:
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation, operational protocols, and policies.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Active Directory
  • Experience with Imaging Services
  • Skilled in Microsoft Exchange Administration
  • Knowledge of Server Patching
  • Expertise in SharePoint Administration
  • Robust technical foundation in enterprise IT services
  • Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  • Familiarity with web services technology
  • No degree + 25 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree + 20 years of experience
  • CompTIA Security+ CE certification required within 6 months of employment
  • TS/SCI with FS Poly clearance

  • Proven experience in team leadership, strategic planning, and project management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
