Optometrist Leader

The Associate Optometrist is a key leader in our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business results. This role requires a strong commitment to quality patient care, knowledge of current optometric theory and technology, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure executional excellence and winning results through strong partnership with the Store Manager and store team.
- Deliver key performance indicators and serve as a leading ambassador of the Brand inside and outside the organization.
- Operate as a successful stakeholder to all leaders within the organization and local market.
- Place the patient/customer first and deliver excellent service.
- Strive to exceed expectations on all KPIs.
- Conduct all services in accordance with protocol and accepted standards of care.
- Maintain State Licensure in good standing and practices to the full scope of that license, responsible for maintaining Continuing Education requirements.
- Provide effective training and guidance to team members making use of Company provided programs.
- Deliver clear, motivating and constructive feedback in a timely manner to all associates.
- Create a positive culture linked to the corporate culture; identifies what motivates each individual and directs conversations and actions appropriately.
- Encourage associate decision making at the level closest to the patient.
- Maximize partnerships through leadership, participation and involvement.
- Takes pride in the appearance of the office.
- Maintains safe working environment for all associates/patients.
- Leads by example.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
