As a pediatric optometrist at ICON Medical Network, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for improving kids' vision health.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide high-quality patient care to children aged 6 months to 22 months.
  • Collaborate with experienced clinical leaders to develop and implement clinical education programs.
  • Participate in mentorship programs to support the growth and development of new graduates and international medical graduates.


**What We Offer:**
  • A competitive annual salary of $125,000 to $145,000 (negotiable).
  • A sign-on bonus and relocation stipend to support your transition to our team.
  • A monthly bonus plan for optometrists and up to $1,000 per year in CE reimbursement.
  • Professional fees reimbursed for state-specific required licenses and certifications.

**Requirements:**
  • A license (pending or active) issued by the State Board of Optometry.
