Butcher Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Butcher to join our team at Bourbon & Bones Chophouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and inspecting meat and seafood deliveries, breaking down whole cuts of meat and seafood into portions for use in menu items, and preparing and packaging meat and seafood for storage.
We require a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Master Butcher or similar role in a high-end restaurant or butcher shop. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment with extreme heat, steam, and cold present.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
