Job Overview
CMTS LLC is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Technician II to join our team in Portland, OR. As an integral part of our infrastructure project team, you will work closely with project owners, superintendents, and engineers to ensure all work meets contractual requirements.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for verifying material conformity, preparing correspondence, managing change orders, and supporting engineering documentation. This role offers a competitive salary range of $42.00 - $46.00 per hour and opportunities for bonus pay based on individual performance and company goals. Responsibilities:
  • Verify all materials incorporated into projects meet contractual requirements.
  • Prepare outgoing correspondence to clients, subcontractors, and other entities.
  • Manage change order processes, including protests and requests for equitable adjustments.
  • Support engineering documentation, including maintaining the engineering drawing library and database.
