Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients undergoing surgery, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in pediatric surgery and nursing practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Current National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric surgery or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current National Certification in pediatric surgery or a related field.
