Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lessons Associate to join our team at Music and Arts Store 112. As a Lessons Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our customers and students by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, assisting with questions, and providing tours of our Lessons facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase student count within the lesson program by maintaining professional instruction and appearance to encourage student retention and recommendations.
- Sell lesson packages and rehearsal space to prospective students.
- Maintain curriculum sales information.
- Provide a positive experience for students by accommodating the Lessons pacing to the student's needs and providing positive reinforcement.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 5lbs.
