Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on bakery products
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the bakery department and surrounding areas
  • Support the sales and profitability of our bakery products, including rotating stock, facing merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
  • Develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
Requirements
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Knowledge of bakery products and ingredients
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
