Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Tommy's Express Car Wash. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our brand to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve sales and membership sign-ups
  • Coordinate and participate in local marketing campaigns to promote our brand and services
  • Assist customers with App and membership sign-ups, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Host customer appreciation events to foster strong relationships and loyalty
  • Promote our social media presence and encourage customers to share their experiences
  • Partner with local businesses to market our services and expand our reach
  • Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring a positive experience
  • Create and retain new customer relationships, including sales of monthly wash packages
  • Learn and operate all aspects of POS and LPR systems to efficiently manage car wash equipment
  • Help maintain wash equipment and perform routine care as needed to ensure optimal performance
  • Oversee all property aesthetics, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the car wash and grounds
  • Monitor the wash quality of vehicles to ensure exceptional results
  • Exemplify and uphold the WE OWN IT culture, embodying our values and mission

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role operates in a professional retail environment, with car wash operating hours from Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 9:00pm. The physical demands of this job include working in a fast-paced environment, moving equipment weighing up to 30 pounds, and walking, bending, twisting, turning, stooping, climbing steps, reaching with hands, and using hands to fingers.
