As a member of our IT Strategy and Business Process Outsourcing team, you will:

  • Guide the creation of deliverables through meticulous planning and comprehensive reviews.
  • Develop financial models and conduct thorough analyses to communicate insights effectively.
  • Position yourself as an industry authority, contributing to the development of methodologies and maintaining quality assurance.
  • Identify business development opportunities by collaborating with various West Monroe practices to enhance client offerings.
  • Review project documentation to ensure feasibility and mitigate reputational risks.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by authoring white papers and delivering presentations on industry innovations.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their systems integration capabilities.
  • Engage in recruitment efforts to attract top talent to our team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in technology and business process advisory roles, with at least 3 years in client-facing consulting.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity, managing teams across multiple projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of software implementation methodologies.
  • Proven program management skills with a focus on systems integration.
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical abilities, particularly in data visualization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in core industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, and Technology.
  • A commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
