About the Job

Bright Horizons Children's Centers is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children and contributing to their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.

Job Description
  • Create engaging activities that cater to the needs and interests of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones and progress.
  • Ensure a safe and clean learning environment by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • CDA, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in early education or a related field preferred.
  • Completed 12 Child Development units, including courses such as Child Development, Family and Community, Introduction to Curriculum, and Principles and Practices.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children.
  • Transcripts required upon hire.
  • AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred.
