We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Developmental Therapist - Early Intervention to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide critical mental health support and consultation to young children and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the depth and breadth of mental health resources available to our families and communities. This role will involve supporting the expansion of our infant/early childhood mental health work, conducting community outreach, and participating in coordination of care and family events as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with identification and linkage for children in center-based, home-based, and community-based settings who would benefit from infant and early childhood mental health interventions/services
  • Provide psychoeducation about development, trauma and strategies that support children's emotional wellbeing to caregivers including parents and educators
  • Provide mental health psychotherapy services to children and their families including dyadic therapy for families with children 0-5
  • Provide early childhood mental health consultation to classrooms, family childcare providers, home educators and other community-based providers to support children with social, emotional and behavioral challenges
  • Assist the Allies Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) program in providing internal and external trainings

Salary and Benefits:

This position comes with a competitive annual salary range of $67,000 - $75,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k retirement plan with employer match, employee assistance program, professional development opportunities, and more.
