We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic team at Wings & Rings. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food products in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Comply with standardized recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to HACCP standards and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve kitchen goals, demonstrating positive interpersonal skills and a supportive attitude.
- Closing Procedures: Assist in closing the kitchen, following the closing checklist and ensuring a smooth transition to the next shift.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining environment.
- Skills: Food preparation skills, knowledge of HACCP standards, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Communication: Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
