Job Title: Restoration Project Manager/Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Job Summary:

The Restoration Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for overseeing the restoration process, estimating project costs, and managing relationships with customers and centers of influence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the restoration process, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Estimate project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Manage relationships with customers, including communication and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with centers of influence, including insurance companies and other industry partners
  • Train and manage production personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects successfully
  • Review and approve job scopes, estimates, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Monitor and respond to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license required
  • No major driving violations within the past 3 years
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
  • Xactimate software experience preferred but not required
  • Availability to lead an on-call team on a rotating schedule
  • Availability to work overtime during storm events and times of high call volume
