Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Technical Assistance Materials: Develop TA materials for multiple audiences including technical writing support, quality assurance reviews, and presentation facilitation.
  2. Assist Federal Clients: Assist Federal clients with administering post-award activities for multiple nationwide grants programs, supporting program monitoring, and TA activities.
  3. Prepare Compliance Guidance: Prepare TA and compliance guidance for recipients based on 2 CFR 200.
  4. Develop Storyboards and Presentations: Develop and design storyboards and high-quality compelling presentations.
  5. Understand Programmatic Policy Decisions: Understand implications of programmatic policy decisions on the developing grant programs.
  6. Prepare High-Level Briefings: Prepare high-level briefings and talking points for Federal staff.
  7. Support Cross-Departmental Initiatives: Support cross-departmental initiatives, effectively collaborating with all parties to successfully fulfill client needs.
  8. Build Client Relationships: Build direct client relationships and effectively use client feedback.
  9. Carry Out Commitments: Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive.
Location

You will work as part of a dynamic team remotely. You will work at the client site dependent on contract requirements. DMV preferred, but not required.

Required Experience/Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ Years of Professional Experience
  • Strong Technical Writing and Presentation Skills
  • Grants Management
    • Knowledge of Federal and/or State Grants Management
    • Experience with Developing SOPs for Critical Processes
  • Understanding of Pre-and Post-Award Grants Administration Processes
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively in a Team Environment
  • US Citizenship and Ability to Pass Public Trust Clearance or Suitability
Preferred Experience/Skills
  • Experience with Business Process Management Technology Platforms
