Requirements

  • Business Acumen: Possess general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations.
  • Education and Experience: High school graduate or similar, with proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications (if required by law). Preferably 2 years of restaurant experience and/or 1 year of previous management experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Passion for training and developing your team, with a focus on creating a positive and productive work environment.
