At Behavioral Health Network, we are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team in the ABA Program. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality clinical services and family consultation using techniques grounded in principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).

As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop specific, focused behavior intervention plans to diminish, extinguish, or improve specific identified behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment and treatment to enrolled children and youth based on principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Identify specific objectives and performance goals of enrolled youth.
  • Prepare behavior intervention plans according to Behavior Analytic best practices standards and make necessary revisions/updates to the plans.
  • Create behavior measurement systems for monitoring progress of enrolled youth and to guide decisions on plan updates.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a mental health field and two (2) years' experience in the field of behavior analysis.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst eligible within one year preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a verified clean driving record.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle available for work.
