About the Job: We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Appearance Coordinator to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a Vehicle Appearance Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for delivery to customers. You will support the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to the appropriate locations, maintain all service tools and equipment in the detail department, and adhere to Caliber and OEM standards.

This role offers a competitive salary of $48,000 per year, paid weekly with opportunities for overtime. You will also be eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits from day one, as well as state-of-the-art products such as 3M Collision Repair Products. Additionally, you will have access to paid vacation and holidays, career growth opportunities, and paid skilled trainings and certifications including I-CAR and ASE.

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license. Previous collision experience and/or Vo-Tech certification are not required but are nice to have. You should be able to do consistent physical activity, reach above shoulder level, kneel, bend, and squat, and lift objects over 50 pounds. You should also be able to understand written and verbal instructions, prioritize competing tasks, and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
