Responsibilities
  1. Provide polite and friendly greetings to all guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the department.
  2. Prepare knife-ready products for sale, adhering to Lowes Foods standards.
  3. Assist in product receiving, inventory, and storage, ensuring accurate and efficient processes.
  4. Price, stock, and rotate frozen items, prepared meats, and fresh meat/seafood in sales areas, maintaining a visually appealing display.
  5. Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all areas, including prep areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floor.
  6. Communicate shrink issues and guest requests/concerns to management, ensuring prompt resolution.
  7. Make PA announcements for sale and promotional items in the meat/seafood department.
  8. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  1. Excellent interpersonal skills, effective selling skills, and an outgoing personality.
  2. Ability to work well with others, sell, and interact with guests.
  3. Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. constantly.
  4. Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  5. Must be able to work in a cold environment.
  6. Must be at least 18 years of age.
