Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at South East Alaska Regional Health Consortium. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide a variety of treatment services, including individual, group, family, and marital therapy to clients of all ages.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting diagnostic evaluations, case evaluations, and crisis intervention, as well as acting as a liaison with other agencies as required. You will also provide regular clinical supervision, ensure proper maintenance of clinical records, and adhere to established SEARHC policies and procedures.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will be responsible for providing education and training to staff, participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings, and assisting in the development and monitoring of treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, family, and marital therapy to clients of all ages
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, case evaluations, and crisis intervention
  • Act as a liaison with other agencies as required
  • Provide regular clinical supervision and ensure proper maintenance of clinical records
  • Adhere to established SEARHC policies and procedures
  • Provide education and training to staff
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of treatment plans
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline from an accredited educational institution
  • Licensed as or in the process of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Valid State of Alaska Driver's License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Alaska State Chemical Dependency Counselor I or MAC certificate or equivalent (preferred)
