About the Role

Access Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Montgomery County. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and youth with mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address targeted behaviors.
  • Design and implement behavioral interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Supervise and train behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and ensure treatment integrity.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients and their families.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or human behavior.
  • Current clinical certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
  • 1+ years of post-Master's degree experience providing ABA services.
  • Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience, reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance.
  • No Driver's License suspensions in the last 48 months.
