Job Title: Materials Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to join our team at Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee USA, Ltd. This is a 2nd shift position working from 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply production lines with materials efficiently.
  • Remove finished goods from production lines to the finished goods area.
  • Return unused stock to designated warehouse areas and ensure proper count.
  • Assist in wrapping and moving finished goods skids to Shipping staging areas.
  • Perform cycle counts for materials in the area and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working order.
  • Complete work instructions for associated work centers and standard operating procedures successfully.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • A current valid Forklift license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication, written, and verbal skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and documentation.
  • Understanding of right-first-time quality.
  • Initiative, ability to take directions, and execute plans efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000 based on location and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer an employee discount program on our coffee and tea products and an annual Safety Shoes Program to prioritize your safety.
