Job Summary

This full-time Administrative Support Specialist role is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team at McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support in our Clackamas, OR office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional reception and phone support to clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and send professional correspondence, including letters and emails.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using case management systems.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone or email.
  • Learn and apply basic legal terminology and document procedures.
  • Ensure timely and courteous responses to a high volume of email correspondence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients at all levels of interaction.
  • Support attorneys in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and firm processes.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
  • Carrying up to 10 pounds may be required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school degree required; college degree preferred.
  • Recent graduates or those with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a normal office setting with quiet to moderate noise levels. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
