Administrative Support Specialist

This full-time Administrative Support Specialist role is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team at McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support in our Clackamas, OR office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional reception and phone support to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and send professional correspondence, including letters and emails.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using case management systems.
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone or email.
- Learn and apply basic legal terminology and document procedures.
- Ensure timely and courteous responses to a high volume of email correspondence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients at all levels of interaction.
- Support attorneys in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and firm processes.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Carrying up to 10 pounds may be required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school degree required; college degree preferred.
- Recent graduates or those with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a normal office setting with quiet to moderate noise levels. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
