As a Claims Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for identifying files with subrogation potential and supervising analysts. Your expertise will help us maximize the identification of claims with subrogation potential and accelerate the recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor performance and conduct QA through reject analysis and closed file reviews to ensure subrogation opportunities are properly identified
* Ensure effective workload distribution and manage the inventory of files pending investigation to agreed-to standards
* Manage unit's progress toward goals, maintenance of proper service level, and compliance resolution
* Provide file-specific subrogation advice, as needed
* Assist Division Manager to ensure that subrogation screening business processes are effective and efficient
* Maximize the identification of claims with subrogation potential and ensure no missed opportunities
* Ensure optimal leveraging of resources and investigative details are populated into TPCS systems in a cost-effective manner
* Ensure that all discovery rules are concise and complete

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years P&C claims experience
* Previous subrogation experience a strong plus
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently
* Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation and Benefits:

* $65,000 - $75,000 per year (DOE) plus bonus potential opportunities

* Generous paid time off policy - start with 18 days per year
* Paid holidays immediately upon hire - 7 standard holidays & 2 floating holidays of your choice
