We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Support Specialist to join our team at SourcePro Search, LLC. As an ERP Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients in the areas of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC365 troubleshooting and support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-users with guidance on various modules within NAV, including General Ledger, Job Costing, Field Service Management, Purchases & Payables, Sales & Receivables, Inventory Management, and Payroll.
  • Support end-users with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and end-of-year processes and reporting.
  • Act as the content expert in all matters related to the effective use of the ERP system, assessing and investigating issues to provide solutions to end-users.
  • Test software enhancements and participate in issue resolution.
  • Deliver training to end-users.
  • Maintain and/or develop procedural documentation.
  • Lead the implementation of NAV companies for new acquisitions, including data migration and training.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or BC365.
  • Experience in support of financial applications, including Purchase & Payables, Sales & Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payroll, and Job Costing.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC365.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and supporting NAV Payroll, Projects, Field Service Management, Purchases & Payables, Sales & Receivables, and Inventory Management.
  • Comfortable working in Object Designer.
  • Great analytical skills to assess end-user needs and provide solutions or guidance.
  • Motivated self-starter and team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of personnel.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV Certifications a plus.
