Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality patient care, completing assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner

* Collaborate with licensed personnel to provide direct nursing care, adhering to established protocols and guidelines
* Demonstrate a commitment to patient satisfaction, actively listening to concerns and addressing them in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* Currently holds a Florida certificate as a Nursing Assistant, or has completed a Nursing Assistant course and is scheduled to take the Florida State exam, and will obtain certification within four months (120 days) from date of hire
* American Heart Association BLS Health Care Provider certification upon hire and maintain certification
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
