Qualifications:

Education:

  • Must hold a valid medical license in all states of practice.
  • Possess a Federal DEA license applicable to each state of practice.
  • State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license as required.
  • Current board certification or eligibility with a commitment to obtain certification within one year of hire.
  • CPR certification that includes hands-on skills evaluation, compliant with American Heart Association standards.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years in family practice, emergency care, ambulatory care, or occupational health.
  • At least 3 years of management or leadership experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient presentation skills, comfortable engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records is highly preferred.
